Once upon a time, in a small town nestled amidst rolling hills, there lived a girl named Ayumi. Ayumi’s days were filled with wonder and curiosity as she explored the world around her. However, amidst the beauty of her surroundings, there was one thing that troubled her deeply — her beloved mother’s declining health.
Ayumi’s mother, a woman of strength and resilience, had faced numerous ailments that had weakened her body over time. Despite the toll it took on her, she remained steadfast in her determination to continue working. Day after day, Ayumi pleaded with her mother to take a break, to rest and prioritize her well-being. It had been going on for several years.
Tears streamed down Ayumi’s face as she clenched her fists, her frustration boiling over. “But at what cost, Mother? Your health is deteriorating before my eyes, and it scares me. I need you to be there for me, to be healthy and happy. Can’t you see that?”
Her mother sighed heavily, her eyes betraying a mixture of stubbornness and guilt. But she said nothing.
Tension hung heavily in the air as mother and daughter locked eyes, their conflicting emotions threatening to tear them…
